How Does It Work?

Over 4 weeks, you will follow a flexible learning path combining short, high-impact video modules (2 to 8 minutes each) with personal reflection exercises.

After each video, you apply the insights to your own situation through guided activities. These reflections can be shared on the dedicated WhatsApp group to spark peer learning and support.

  • ✔️ 3 to 10 hours of self-paced learning per week (depending on their clarity of vision, organization, and ease with AI tools)
  • ✔️ One live group coaching session per week (1 hour, replay available)
